PENNY GRANT
Penny Grant is a retired public library director with a wide range of interests.
She has taught online about public libraries and research. She has also
been a children's librarian, worked as a cleaner, taught aerobics, managed a community organization,
written a newspaper column, and spent many years as a fulltime mom.
She loves to paint, travel, walk, hike, RV, boat, ice skate, swim, watch movies,
learn about everything, read, muck around on the computers, knit, play with her grandchildren,
and sometimes do renovations and garden projects with Mike.
Here is our dog Lexy. She is a cocker spaniel.

MIKE GRANT
Mike is a retired educator with many interests similar to Penny.
Mike worked as a teacher, school principal, district administrator, education consultant
for people in Africa and South East Asia, and dean of a university education faculty.
In his early years he drove a Coca Cola truck and taught scuba diving.
Mike loves to travel, boat, walk, hike, RV, cycle, read,
keep up with news behind the news, think about alternative approaches to math and research,
ski, swim, scuba, ice skate, play with his grandchildren, muck around on the computer,
take photos, and sometimes do home renovations and garden projects with Penny.
Mike is very good at fixing almost anything including technical problems with
Chuckling Chimes.
Penny is the webmaster for Chuckling Chimes.
